With more Australians wanting to research and compare aged care services independently, CareAbout saw an opportunity to make finding the right provider easier and more accessible online.
I was tasked with designing a dedicated aged care directory that put users in control, allowing them to browse providers, compare options and make informed decisions at their own pace. The focus was on creating a trustworthy experience that made complex information easier to digest, with responsive mobile and desktop designs that encouraged self-service and reduced reliance on phone enquiries.

Aged care is a complex and often overwhelming topic for families. the directory needed to make finding and comparing providers as straightforward as possible, so I focused on simplifying the user journey, organising information into clear, digestible sections and creating an intuitive experience across both mobile and desktop.
